The DSI application process is designed for you to showcase your experience and skills. You must apply online to be considered for a position.
If your application catches our attention, one of our recruiters will contact you to discuss your skills and experiences. During this conversation, they’ll provide more information about the job and the team responsible for hiring the position. If your skills and experience match the job requirements, you may be invited to participate in an interview.
Our interview process can take place in-person or virtually. We encourage candidates to come with an understanding of our business, mission and vision, and ask questions during the process to ensure you’re being set up for success.
You’ll receive a call from one of our recruiters along with an official offer letter. The timing of the offer may depend on factors such as team needs, location, and the specific job. After accepting the offer, a background check and drug screening may be required. Once these clearances are obtained, you’ll be given a start date, and we’ll warmly welcome you to DSI on your first day.
