Recruitment Scams & Fraudulent Activity

There have been instances of recruitment fraud where individuals contact job seekers while falsely claiming to represent DSI. These scams may include fake job postings, interview invitations, offers without a prior submitted application or conducted interview, or requests for personal information and/or additional payment information related to application or onboarding costs.

How DSI Will Contact You:

Legitimate recruiting communications from DSI may occur in the following ways:

  • Automated, application-related messages sent through our applicant tracking system (Workable)
  • Direct outreach from a DSI recruiter using an official @dsisystemsinc.com or @dsiinc.com email address. Any other domain containing DSI is not associated with DSI. Ex. @staff-dsisystemsinc.com; @dsi.com; @HR-dsiinc.com, etc.

DSI Will Never:

  • Ask candidates for payment, banking details, or personal financial information
  • Conduct interviews or move candidates forward through unofficial websites or personal email accounts of DSI employees
  • Use external or unverified scheduling links

Fraudulent actors may reference real DSI job postings or job IDs and may use email addresses or websites that include the DSI name to appear legitimate. These communications are not authorized.

If you receive recruiting communications that do not align with the guidance above, please do not engage.
