DSI Named One of Dallas-Fort Worth’s Top Workplaces, Outranking Major National Brands

Richardson, TX – December 19, 2025 – DSI has been recognized as one of Dallas-Fort Worth’s premier employers, debuting at No. 11 on The Dallas Morning News Top Workplaces 2025 list – surpassing household names like Charles Schwab, Edward Jones, and even The Dallas Cowboys. This milestone marks DSI’s first appearance on the prestigious list and underscores its commitment to creating an exceptional employee experience.

In addition to ranking among the top 15 large companies, DSI earned three Culture Excellence Awards for Appreciation, Employee Well-Being, and Professional Development, reflecting its dedication to fostering a workplace where employees thrive.

"These honors mean the world to us because they reflect the voices of our people," said Tai Crutcher, HR Director at DSI. "We’re committed to making DSI not just a great workplace today, but the best place to build a career for years to come."

To compile the Top Workplaces list, The Dallas Morning News in partnership with Energage invited more than 8,000 DFW businesses to participate in a survey. Topics included leadership, appreciation, training, compensation, and benefits – areas where DSI consistently scored high. The Top Workplaces list is based entirely on anonymous employee feedback.

"Trust and consistency are critical to our work," added Doug Robison, President and CEO of DSI. "Our culture allows us to build teams that want to stay and grow internally. This, in turn, has led to an organization that truly understands our clients’ needs, creating strong partnerships and excellent results."

For nearly 40 years, DSI has been a proud member of the DFW community, but its people-first approach extends nationwide. With nearly 600 employees across the U.S., DSI continues to invest in recognition programs, resource groups, and expanded corporate training – including onboarding and skills development workshops – to support career growth and long-term success.
